 A wet suction noise came as the man pulled his arm out of the corpse holding her heart in a clenched fist. “This is how I get their souls!” he exclaimed and squeezed the heart until it bled into his mouth. The officers fired off their entire magazines into the man but he didn’t fall. He got up and grabbed the body by her ankles. In one Olympic spin he swung her in a giant circle letting go at the apex flinging the cadaver directly at the officers.

my shoulders are shot!

so today was my shoulder day from the rise program and damn it was taxing. Granted i lift about 10 minutes after i wake up so my warmup has to be on point and takes longer than if i had been awake all day. It wasnt even a heavy day today either, shoulders fell on a high rep day so all my working sets were in the 10 rep range but with a higher rpe. That means a medium heavy weight for that high rep range caused me to have at least 2 warmup sets before hand since i was...

getting into the swing of things

So, i got on the ship a few days ago and have finally had a full nights rest last night. Its been so hard to get any sleep with the 2 week supply vessel ride but now that im finally here i can get back to my training regimine. Im currently on the Rise program from Tier one viking and so far its been a blast! i did a speed chest day that had minimal rest times and added in things like explosive pushups. 10 sets of 2 reps with 60 seconds of rest bench press and an entire ab...
