So, i got on the ship a few days ago and have finally had a full nights rest last night. Its been so hard to get any sleep with the 2 week supply vessel ride but now that im finally here i can get back to my training regimine. Im currently on the Rise program from Tier one viking and so far its been a blast! i did a speed chest day that had minimal rest times and added in things like explosive pushups. 10 sets of 2 reps with 60 seconds of rest bench press and an entire ab workout specifically for this day. As long as nutrition stays consistent and i dont over calorie my diet i should be making some major gains! pretty excited to see how this turns out.
